ALL APPLICANTS WILL BE NOTIFIED BY MAIL APPROXIMATELY THIRTY (30) WORKING DAYS AFTER BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETINGS, WHICH ARE HELD IN THE SPRING AND THE FALL OF EACH YEAR. THE NEXT BOARD MEETING IS DECEMBER 1, 2017
